32. Grant of temporary certificate of registration and licence

(2) The application for such temporary certificate of registration or licence shall be made in triplicate in Forms VIII and X respectively and shall be accompanied by a treasury receipt drawn in favour of the appropriate registering or licensing officer, as the case may be, showing the payment of appropriate fees and in the case of licence the appropriate amount of security also.
