FIRST SCHEDULE – FORM-II

4. Quarterly Returns –

On or before the 20th day of January, April, July, and October in every year, the owner, agent or manager shall submit to the Chief Inspector and the Regional Inspector correct returns in respect of the preceding quarter in Form II of First Schedule.
